Evan Horn isn’t really that good. He just thinks he’s good and can play kind of fast. But he has no idea what changes are. I’ve heard him play. I don’t mean to sound douchey, but he never puts any effort into things like you do. You deserve it.
I suppose, but he does know a lot more about jazz than I do. I’m just good with scales/progressions. I’m pretty eh at soloing unless I’ve had time to think of something. And I guess it is true that few people put as much effort into things as I do haha. I’m my toughest critic.
